Business travelers beware

Great amenities and stylish rooms. The bar has some decent drinks too, just gotta watch out for the long waits.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you pay for the experience.

I would recomand the place. Nice hotel, all of the staff were very very helpful and courteous, favourable location in the middle of jackson. I greatly enjoyed a nice size rooms. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was big size.

My room included central heating, flat-screen television and a refrigerator. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was big🙂

The pool area had cabanas that were perfect. Our room was spacious and super clean. Loved having easy access to local shopping and restaurants. The decor throughout the hotel was modern and elegant.

Loved the comfy beds and friendly staff, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Checking in was super smooth thanks to Kyle, who was so chill and helpful. Our king room had a nice view of the pool and the bed was super comfy. The buffet at dinner was bomb, especially the pulled pork. Only wish the bar was open later!

The hotel's artwork and layout impressed me. Although the check-in process took longer than expected, the friendly staff made up for it. The location near shopping and dining was very convenient. A lovely experience!

I appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby was spacious and accessible.

More attention to room cleaning services is needed.

The King Room was really nice. The bed was super comfy, definitely helped with a good night's sleep. Everything felt clean and fresh. The TV setup was cool with all the channels and apps. Only downside, no microwave in the room, that would have been handy! A solid experience for a quick getaway.

Absolutely loved the comfy bed in my spacious King Room! It. Just wish there were more washcloths provided. Only getting one for two was a bit odd 😊

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed, made our romantic weekend even better. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to downtown dallas and surrounded by great dining options.

On the downside, the dining experience left much to be desired. A 45-minute wait without acknowledgment for service really dampened the mood. Additional amenities like a microwave were missing from the room, which could have. Cleaning services did not keep up to par, with a single washcloth provided for two guests, and I encountered a stained chair that needed replacing. The few hiccups.

The staff at this place is incredibly friendly and exceptionally nice, making it a great spot for discovering the area.

The property was nice, with friendly staff and a great location in the middle of Jackson, we would definitely recommend it to others.

The rooms here are large, come with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge, while the staff is friendly and always aims to help you out.
